COURSE OVERVIEW
The Human Resource Officer is accountable for policies and practices that deal with the
recruitment and selection of employees. In addition, HR officers manage the training
and development of staff, and ensure that performance and productivity are maintained
and improved. HR officers are responsible for creating good relationships between
managers and employees.
